Im going to pick up my first chickens tomorrow. Getting 6 barred rocks, 4 roos and 2 hens. Hoping to expand in the spring to include bbs and some guineas. Planning on free ranging with a small run in the barn to get them use to roosting in the barn.

I personally LOVE Barred Rocks! Are you planning on keeping all 4 roosters? Here is a article on roosters that would be helpful!

You should get rid of or cull 2 or 3 of the roosters because they will fight each other and they will hurt the hens trying to fight over them.
Hope you have fun with your new chickens!!!!

I plan on getting more hens hoping for a flock of chickens of around 10 and 6 or so guineas

You will find that BRs have a dedicated following among the folks here (personally, one of my favorites). And . . .

Welcome to BYC! Glad you decided to join our flock. Congratulations! Getting those first chickens is always so exciting. I'm a chicken person and don't know much about guineas (never had any), but if you need any help with them, just post on our Guinea section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/45/guinea-fowl, and take advantage of our experts there. Please feel free to ask any other questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Good luck with your flock.
