I'm guessing they are fertilr, due to my roosters romancing! Im aware of the 21 days, but I just thought it was odd I saw all three at once in the box today. Never saw that before.
 
I don't know about the rooster, you would have to ask someone else bout that sorry.

Sometimes two hens get broody at once and will help nest sit when the other is away. Or hens will just take turns. Do you know if the eggs belong to one chicken?
