Newborn chick shaking and panting, please help

Thanks for that, it's really helpful. Though I'm a bit confused as you suggested I keep the chick at 27 and on here it suggests so much less for day one. I turned it down and it recovered, put it back to 37 at your advice and it's panting again now

I'd follow the chart, you'll have to excuse me for causing all this confusion, I've only ever used Fahrenheit and my converter doesn't seem to work correctly.
 
If you have incubated at 35.8, it's a wonder you got any eggs to hatch at all. Incubation temp with a fan should be 37.5. Without a fan it should be around 38.3. She may be having a rough time b/c of the incubation temp.

I did incubate at 37.5, but I followed the instructions that came with it and lowered the temp to 35.5 in the last two days
