Newcastles?

How do I tell the difference between Newcastle, Maerks, or Bird flu? Im having sneezing, neurological, and diarrhea in my flock. Im leaning to Newcastles because I mostly hatched eggs from 2 friends in an incubator and never had issues before that. My 4 month old gamebird mixes seem the most susceptible and I get one sneezing or neurological every 3 weeks or so. What can I do to stop this or diagnose it?
