(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

I'm not completly new to chickens, since I raise them for 3 years now.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

I have 4 chickens.

(3) What breeds do you have?

Australorp, silkie, and 2 egg-laying hybrid hens.

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?

The relationship with nature.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

I like to run, play the piano, I'm also blogging about chickens.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

I don't have any other pets :) Outside from this, I like to help farmers in their tasks, and I'm a freelance web developer

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D

Sounds like you have a well-rounded life. I especially like that you enjoy helping farmers with their tasks. I also congratulate you on having only 4 chickens after three years; I went from 4 to 7 in a matter of months, signaling a long descent into chicken math.
