Newer to ducks

I kept them separated for a month.. is that not enough. I fear he will injure the new ones . I can already see skin on neck. Should I rehome?

I would try what @sourland suggested.

It might be a good idea just to remove him until later in the season even if they are mature.

I would but I have no place to move him to. I feel stuck between trying to rehome and risking the new ones . I open to all suggestions.

Do you have enough property to get or make him his own pen for a month or so, or just easier to try rehome? Just seeing if he's dear to you and you want to try to keep him, you could come up with temporary lodging for him. We've had to build 3 such temp coops/runs. Right now, we have a giant screen tent set up with a secure cage/coop inside of it for the 1-month-old chicks so they could be outside as we ran out of temp coops. You could put a kiddy pool inside of that, and it would take up a quarter of it. Just an idea.

I don't have ducks so I'm looking at this with a chicken owner perspective as I've gone around with many a mean rooster. Maybe we can get @Jenbirdee back and/or @Miss Lydia @Luv Ducks to give a duck perspective.

If it's just as easy to separate him with the girls he gets along with and keep your younger ones separated from them, maybe that's the least disruptive to all, and it would give the younger ones another month to grow/mature.

There is a strong possibility that one of the young ducks is a drake. The drake is most likely trying to breed them rather than be 'mean' to them. Separating him from the flock until day length and breeding season testosterone levels decrease MIGHT solve the problem. (This would take a couple of months - not days or even weeks.)
