I have just one new little one hatched today...but I looked at the photos of your so enviously. Such beautiful markings..and crested too. You have such gorgeous ducks!!!

Hi! Thrilled and perplexed. The Swedish are penned way away from the crested Pekins, and have been for several months. It's surprising to get a crested duckling from the blue Swedish pair (but it has to be pure Swedish).
My Pekin pair (non-crested) hatched manymany non-crested ducklings before they started popping out crested and double crested ducklings --- I was thrilled and perplexed then, as well.
