Newly hatched chick appears to me blind in one eye. Help.

I just hatch a large number of black langshan chicks this last week. I just noticed that one of the chicks appears to be blind in one eye. One eye is clouded & she doesn’t react to stimulation on that side. Aka our hand or a light. The other side is clear & reacts. Help. I need advice. I’ve never had this happen & am not sure how to help her. My brooder is full & I can’t set up another one.

I did my best to get good pictures of her eyes but she was sleepy when I tried. She just wanted to snuggle back up and snooze.
