Newly hatched Chick has blood in butt! What do I do?!

I started incubating for the first time, and when my first chicken popped out, I was thrilled! I noticed that it had blood on the end of its butt! What do I do??? Is it normal, will my chick die? Please help!!! Here are some pictures.

It hasn’t absorbed the yolk fully.. I think it should be fine but I’m not sure
