Newly Hatched Chick Help

The last chick that hatched yesterday is now 24 hrs old. The rest are clearly thriving. This one is open mouth breathing and keeping its eyes closed a lot. Will wake up and peep loudly then back to sleep. It was in the brooder with the rest and temp is consistent there. Not sure what to do to help it along?
Any advice?
