Newly hatched chick leg not working...

One of my chicks just hatched in the incubator, and his leg his not really working. He is trying to get up, but he can't. Is this normal? If not, is there any way to fix it? Its not splayed leg I don't think, though.
 
Try some chick vitamins that have riboflavin (vitamin B2) such as Poultry Cell or SaveChick. Try standing the little one in a tiny glass or cup padded with cloth to get it standing in the brooder or incubator. It could possibly have a slipped tendon or dislocated hip if it doesn’t improve in a day or so.

Here is what it looks like.
 
Mine looks even, not slipped to me. It looks like it’s more toward the hip. Will treating it like splayed leg work?
