Newly hatched chick something hanging from it

Hi everyone! So our chicks finally started hatching yesterday and he first one that pipped ended up pipping into the very top of the air cell and never pulled her beak back in to zip, so after 24 hours I assisted it. She's out now but extremely weak and hasn't even stood up yet. There's also something hanging from it but I was hoping someone more experienced could tell me what it might be and if there's anyway for me to help this poor baby?

Can you tell if it's hanging from the vent, or the umbilical area? I'd just leave it, keep the chick in a clean area where it can't get pecked by hatch mates, and see how it goes. Not knowing where it is coming from, and not having a clear pic, I can't advise.
