Newly hatched chick with bum leg

This chick hatched around 8 am. One leg will not straighten so it cannot walk. Maybe missing tendon? What can i do?

If he's still in the 'bator, do a snatch and bring him out so that you can examine the problem more closely, and then take better photos for help in diagnosis. Whatever the problem, the sooner it's addressed, the better.

So long as you reach in quickly, and don't leave the lid open, the humidity should stay fairly steady and no harm will be done to your hatching eggs.
