Newly hatched chick with intestines or yolk sac?

I had a chick just hatch but it has some intestines or some yolk sac attached to its bottom. Which do you think it is? Can I help or should I wait or cull?

That looks to be the yolk sack. Line a cup with paper towels or washcloth and put the chick in it. Then put it back in the incubator. She needs to stAy still and isolated from other chicks so she can finish absorbing as much as she can.

Had this happen to one of my ducks and one of my chicks. Both survived.
