newly hatched chicken shaking badly

its been hatched roughly 2 hours now and its just laying on its back, not chirping to much and shaking its legs in the air pretty badly

Leave it in the incubator, check on it in about 6 hours. Then make a judgement call. Don't remove the chick out of the incubator during that time. It needs to be fully fluff and walking before removing.

12 hours later still not fully fluffed but is standing walking i helped it on its feet and it hasnt come off its feet ever since

Some chicks require more time to fluff based on variable circumstances. Be patient, you'll be rewarded with a healthy chick.
