After the chick Completely hatches do I just need to leave it in the incubator until it dries or longer

Is it dangerous to take them out within 3hrs if they are dry
As long as you do it quickly and keep an eye on the humidity it should be fine. It is a little risky especially since you have other eggs in the incubator, but if you are willing to take the risk you can try.

Also just though I’d add that they don’t need to stay in for 24 hours. I’d leave the first one in for 24hrs just so her siblings can hatch but if they are older then 12hrs they can move into the brooder.

I've taken mine out right away, or a few at a time.

Why I don't leave them in the incubator, because they seem to dry off faster once in the warm dry brooder, and they don't interfere with the remaining eggs trying to hatch.

I like to wait until the chick looks ready. Awake and not zonked out from all that work. Eyes open and moving around the 'bator a bit. Last night I pulled one out 2 hours after hatching because it just looked unhappy, opening and closing its mouth and hanging out but the inlet vent hole. My son brought it to my attention and if there is a sense of distress felt by someone else I like to tune in to that.
