newly hatched duckling shaking feet

My newly hatched mallard duckling is unable to stand properly or walkdue to its feet constantly shaking, they look like theyre vibrating! the duckling was also born with the yolk sac not fully absorbed and a small piece of tissue hanging from the umbilical area aswell, the tissue was tied off and now has dried and been removed but could this be related to the shaking? is this a common newborn chick problem? will it get better?

Dose his legs like split and go to the side? maybee put him in a cage with a heating lamp overtop or with a heated pad and make a nest for him is he with other ducklings or is it just him?

How old is he, how many hours since hatch? Is the yolk absorbed now? I've seen it quite a bit in chicken chicks but it usually goes away a couple hours after hatch.
