Newly hatched ducklings - should I feed & water?

We are first time duck hatchers & have 2 Khaki Campbell ducklings hatched approx 6 hrs ago. One got its head stuck in the top of the incubator and couldn’t move, so we have put them into the brooder earlier than the recommended time of at least 12 hours. Should I give them food and water now or are they still absorbing the yolk?

If there feathers are dry they are good to go in the brooder no food and water for 12hrs
