YES, scrambled egg is perfectly healthy and beneficial for chicks. I didn't know they also contained five of the eight essential B vitamins! Thanks for finding that. I knew about D, A, and a few others, but not the B's. Do it!Can I give her scrambled egg for vitamin B? I read that you can do that for chicks, but wondering if she would need grit to digest?
She seems to have a lump in the middle of her foot now. I made a different post about that.

Grit isn't needed for their chick feed, eggs, or anything else soft and easily digested. The purpose of grit is to grind up food and other things they swallow that can't be digested easily, like whole grains, wood chips, etc.
I have no idea what the lump on a 2-day-old chick might be! I would *think* that bumblefoot isn't likely, since how could she have injured her foot to cause infection? I'm guessing it MAY be more likely inflammation(?) related to a slipped tendon or something, or a sprain? Just guessing. I hope others might have an answer.
