Newly hatched RIR has not absorbed Yolk sack fully.

I have a newly hatched chick that has has quite a stressful hatch to say the least.
As she started pipping through the shell a hair line crack along the air sack opened up and the shell pretty much came apart. She stayed half in - half out the shell for amount six hours intill finally climbing out fully.
She obviously wasn't quite ready for coming out but with the cracked egg she didn't have much choice

She is fully detached from the shell membrane but she hasn't fully absorbed the yolk sack, there's a tiny bit left to go but she is bleeding a little.

Please advise

I had a couple that where still attached just a little and moved them to my incubator and they r doing great now
