Newly hatched turkeys

I have so many questions about my newly hatched norkolk black turkeys, can anyone help please. So far 3 have hatched and 2 have pipped. When is it safe to open the incubator to give them food and water? When can the humidity to reduced again? Is it normal for them to be pecking at each other? When should I remove the shells? Any advice about sexing them, it would just be nice to know!

Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks in anticipation. I am new to this, only had I other hatch under a broody and of course she does it all for you!

4th Norfolk Black Turkey has just hatched. Yippee. 1 to go and well on its way. Does anyone know any answers to my questions. Please advise me.
