Just this morning I heard chirping in the incubator, a chick trying to get out of the egg but there was ants all over it, we have a big problem with ants.
So I got the chick out of the egg and cleaned off all the ants put the chick in a brooder 98f.
Not sure if the chick is going to make it looks tired. Moved the incubator away from the ants and killed those ants.

Just make sure it has access to food and water. Even though it can survive a little while with no food, it still needs to know where the food and water are for when it gets hungry/thirsty. Good luck with your poult!

Was there any bleeding when you remove the chick from the shell? It is tired, hard work hatching. How many more are you expecting to hatch? What kind of incubator are you using? What temp is the incubator? Humidity? Brooder temp is good, make sure there's no draft.

There was a bit of blood, there's another 6 and one is trying to break the shell. brooder is set at 38.5c. Humidifier is at max. I have mover the brooder away from the ants. I have another clutch of eggs with 2 hens on the same nest, looks like they sharing because there's about 15 eggs.

To clarify, a brooder is not an incubator. Your temperature is correct for a still air incubator but is too hot for a brooder. I start my poults in the brooder at 90°F (32°C) measured at the bedding level. If the temperature being measured is the air temperature, it will be way too hot at the bedding level.

Once my poults are in the brooder, food and water are always available to them.

Chicks normally stay in the incubator to dry off, moving to the brooder is ok as long as it's set up right. 2X R2elk about temps. Leave the eggs alone, let them hatch at their own pace. They do rest alot during hatching, it's an energy draining process for them and teaches us patience. How's the other eggs doing?

I had to move the other eggs to a hen that's sat on some eggs. Big problem with ants they live in the walls. The chick is very week not able to lift its head up and the chick egg is alive but unable to get out of the shell.

yeah, I meant to say incubator. The chick is very weak unable to lift its head up, can't drink or eat, been dipping its beak in some water. Its in a small brooder I will set the temperature to 90f.

It sounds to me like this poult was removed from its shell before it was ready. I understand the ants and would have done the same thing.
I disagree with most here on heat with this chick. it needs to be warm as it is weak and is not producing body heat!
