next question tonight... nesting material...

I am currently using the deep litter method with pine shavings and it has been working great. Last night we had quite the thunderstorm, and water got in a window I left open by mistake. 1/4 of the coop got drenched, but I got called into work and didn't have time to clean up. Hopefully the chickens will be okay. Tomorrow I plan to scoop out the wet and replace with dry shavings.

Other than this, the deep litter method has been the best method for me.
