Next step for butchered rooster's?

Create a sauce using ACV, liquid smoke (a little of both only), lots of BBQ sauce in your favorite flavor, a little brown sugar, and some spices thrown in to taste, you can marinate and then baste on grill or oven while slow cooking.
 
One of the beautiful things about cooking, there is no right answer. I taught the kids that and son made cheese cake from scratch at 12. 12 years later, he is still perfecting it. We love his experiments!

I know what I like. Pick one that sounds good to you and do it! Cooking is amazingly simple. I put an orange in a turkey one Thanksgiving and we had orange flavored Turkey. Everyone didn't like it. I came close to eating the whole thing. I did like it and I don't care for Turkey. I still don't cook Turkey. We have a nice ham instead. LOL Fond memories.

I hope this encourages you to try one that you like. Even if you just like the way it sounds. Try it. I was trying to duplicate a honey mustard taste for Crazy Lady and found plain honey mustard was the taste wanted.
