I need some genuine advice from someone whose maybe dealt with this before. I was given two pekin ducklings, one had a seizure and died two weeks ago, the other has a severe niacin deficiency that has turned into a slipped tendon of both his legs. He is able to get around but hes walking on his "knees" and its starting to chafe. They are 7ish weeks old
He can swim but hes definitely not living his best life. Has someone ever had this happen and had a duck turn out okay or is putting him down the most humane thing I could do? He's a sweet guy but I worry about his quality of life. Any and all advice/stories are welcome. Attached a pic of how bad this poor guys legs are.
