I got pet chickens in March of 2016.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

(3) What breeds do you have?
2 Rhode Island Reds, 3 Easter Eggers, 1 Silver Laced Wyandotte, 1 White Orpington, 1 mixed (probably part Maran?), and 1 Dominique
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Their floofiness! And unique personalities. And eggs.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
drawing, baking, reading
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I share this account with one of my friends, but I'll probably be the most active. She's had chickens for a few months but had to give them away. She's amazing and super talented, and we both like to read Percy Jackson and watch Haikyuu.
Also, I have a Shubunkin goldfish along with my chickens looool
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I've found BYC popping up in many of my Google searches, and found they often have answers to more specific questions that are more uncommon. I've known BYC for about...5 years
, but have decided to officially join just now to show-off a Scratch chicken game my friend created!
