Nice white egg layer

I had two standard white leghorn hens that I caught at the lake, and they laid me two eggs a day, EACH, without fail, for almost 7 months straight. And they were perfectly white and HUGE

We haven't seen a white egg in almost 2 months - just a few green and brown! We have 4 minorcas and 4 brown leghorns that supply our white eggs. I'm very disappointed in the production - any suggestions about a better breed that is cold hardy (for white eggs)?
