That's great! Are your pullets/cockerels chicks from your grown birds? Have you had successful hatches from your own birds? Mine are about 3 months old (got as little chicks in mid-June) How long have you been raising them?

Sorry I’ve been busy with other projects.

I got a trio 2 years old Spring 2017 and then 3;hens and a roo summer 2018. I have raise 4 so far. hatched 3 this week. This summer I picked up 10 more. 2 Roos, 6 hens and 2 cockerels and 2 pullets.

P.S. Are there any social media websites on Niederrheiners? I know there are some dedicated sites about other rare poultry. I don't like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc etc -- not enough time in my day for such chatter -- but for a dedicated topic I think social media would be great for interested breeders.

I have a rooster. The sole survivor of 6. I hatched 6 eggs 4 pullets and 2 cockerels. Then we had hurricane irma. I lost a good number of my flock.
I have not been able to find replacement chicks. anyone have suggestions?

How many total birds did you have and how many do you think you lost? Those darn hurricanes scare me! Sorry for your losses.
