Speaking of candy, I mentioned that I was attempting to create my own heath bars at home... they don't taste quite the same, but they are good:

Do ignore the knife sticking straight up out of the coconut oil -- I thought that I would need to carve chunks out with the knife, but it actually turned out to be quite soft.

I have Gelato Layers.

I don’t think I’ve had those but have seen them in the store and I’ve had their other varieties. I love gelato too lol
