as many feathers as there are all over the aviary i’m surprised all of my birds ain’t nekkid!! we currently in panic mode as they are forecasting lows in mid 40’s already this weekend!!

There are feathers all over the place with the guineas too but I have never seen a guinea in molt. I do notice the beautiful colors when they finish molting.

My broody is molting.... with 12 two week old chicks under her.

She looks like she was pulled through a chain link fence by her tail.

Ahhh, but, I have -sorta- I wore Teva's & Burk's at UNT while riding the unicycle to & from class in those wierd semi-slushy-wintery mix weather days.

Not at all. It is futile.
Doesn't mean that it's not fun, though.
