I haven't cleaned house in a year.
Thankfully I did delete a bunch last year.

I think so, yeah. Once all participants have left a conversation, it's removed from the database.

I need to clean up my inbox big time.

I delete everything that isn't active and doesn't have relevant information, because I'm a sucker for organization.
Though, I have started doing less deleting since we got PM folders.

Unfortunately not, it's an add-on that improves the conversation system specifically.
