I eat high calorie foods all the time, & maintain a weight of 110-116lbs.That may be so, but IF so, it's an extremely useful fiction. Which is to say, it works. If a person eats more of the stuff believed to be high in calories than s/he burns via exercise, one tends to get... fluffy. Trust me on this; you do not want to be that 20-yr-old who is 75 lb overweight. You really don't.
