I'll be darn. That's a 'Bobtails Box" off a 6-wheeler truck. I'd give an educated guess of late 60's to very early 80's given the clearance light assemblies and the fade on the reflectors. That wavey panelling was faxed out inntheb80's as I recall.

Well, good news. *iF* those are 6 lug axles then that trailer is easily able to legally handle the weight of the cut truck frame rails still under that box & the box.
*IF* it's 5 lug then it's likely to be iffy on being legal. Even *IF* both axles have brakes....


That's actually not as precarious as I was expecting..... The stuff I've seen down here is nothing less that insane².

Here's hoping it leaves your property with zero issues + zero damage + zero injuries & they make it home with it safely too.
