Good news! We've got our addition/rental 99% ready to go! It came out pretty nice:

My GF suggested a LOT more changes than I would have done on my own. (I totally would have just slapped lipstick on the pig, and got it rented, LOL!).

... but she made some great suggestions and did a TON of work. We've already got someone ready to rent it starting Wednesday!
