I recently bought this Nigerian dwarf Goat and was told it was pregnant. Please share you're thoughts. If she is pregnant she should deliver in March or april. Thanks

Perhaps. She could also just be a fat goat. If she is due in April or March, not much would be showing yet. Nor would you be able to feel kicking of kids. The only way to know for certain would to send in blood for pregnancy testing, or have a vet do an ultrasound.

Do you know how much that stuff would run me?

Well, the blood test only costs $5 or so through biotracking. Unless you can draw it yourself, there is the cost a vet for that. Cost depends on your vet. My vet is very reasonable. For instance, an appointment with her is pretty cheap for my animals. I brought a goat to her with pneumonia, and the appointment only set me back $18. Farm visits are $50, so if she comes here it is a bit more spendy, which she needed to when a doe had a severely stuck kid (when the vet has trouble getting the kid unstuck, I know the emergency midnight vet call was definitely justified).

If you wanted, you can google 'pooch pictures'.... It's a method of detecting goat pregnancy, by looking at the position of the vulva. It seems pretty accurate for some people... I've not gotten the hang of it myself enough to be reliant on it, but I can sometimes tell.
