Night Owls and Insomniacs

I didn't get to be a night owl last night. I got my 6+ hours in and was up before 5 to start my day. I caught several more of the maverick roosters and have them in a holding pen. Now I can relax until the help gets here about 7 and we ready the processing center for the start of some really good dumplings.
