Nightime troubles

I'll try that. There's a lot of passive ventilation so it doesnt feel that much hotter inside but the coop is tall so it could be hotter in the top.

Heat and ammonia both rise so if the top is trapping heat it's also trapping ammonia, which could be creating an air quality problem beyond just temperature.

Chickens are afraid of the dark, so maybe install some kind of night light in the back area in addition to the better ventilation.
