went to my first 4-h meeting! it was beginning 4-h so it was basically me and a bunch of 8 yr old but they were so sweet! especially this one in particular, she automatically decided i was her fav and insisted of sitting by me and following me around

States hold fairs, and within the states, individual county's hold fairs. There is one state fair a year, and its really long so different things are shown at different dates over a few weeks so your animals aren't there the full time.
