iM NOT MUSCALURE NY ANY MEANS BUT I HAVE DECENT UPER BODY STRENGTH. oNE TIME ME AND MY BOTHER AND COUSIN WHERE MESSING AROUND AND I TRIED CLIMBIND UP A BAMBO stick and before I knew it I was like 8 feet up it

sorry caps

Where I used to live there was this old pole at the park that was about 20 ft high, and at the top was a bell. The goal was to be able to climb to the top and ring the bell. I got maybe 6-8 ft up, and my dad and older brother almost made it to the top. I was so jelly.... Lol!

Do 5 or 10 every day for a week. (Assuming you can do that many nonstop.)

They will get MUCH easier!

I'll have to try that. I want to be able to brag to my brother that I can do more push ups than him. I guess I'll have to work at it. I think he can do like 30-40 without slowing down or stopping. Which is a lot considering he never practices at it.

30-40 is very good. That's about where I have to rest for a minute to let my arms recover. (They literally shut off; not tired out, just shut off.)

Also, I'm very technical with push-ups: they should be done so that only your hands, feet, and chest touch the floor. (And no wormies...!)
