NN Roo or Pullet??

I have a bad feeling this is a Roo, I already have 2 NN Roo's and can't keep another one... This baby is 5 1/2 weeks old.. what do you think?

I can't keep him.. I only have 18 hens and already have 3 boys ( I already processed 4 boys)
