It's day 23 for 2 of my eggs they seem to be growing as they should up until the end but they have failed to hatch. 2 eggs left are on day 20 but I'm not positive they'll hatch after the first 2 but time will tell

What have you been keeping the humidity at during the first 18 days? Have you done an eggstopsy on any of the ones that didn't make it?

No sure about the humidity as the little incubator only reads temperature. Don't like the idea of opening them, I'm a bit squeamish

Humidity is very important, and I suspect is the reason that none have hatched. It was either too high, or too low. My guess would be too high. You can read this article about why it's so important and how to make adjustments so your next hatch goes better

If it's anything to go by, I successfully hatched at a 40% humidity rate throughout the incubating process. Sometimes people overdo it with humidity.
