No Beards?

A "non bearded D'Uccle" is actually considered a different breed, called a Booted Bantam or a Sabelpoot!

Your chicks look entirely smooth faced, you can see the beards when they are chicks. I can outline on that photo to show if you'd like : D Feedstores aren't reliable on identifying breeds (or sexes) and Hatcheries also can mix things up
Hi I’m back :D Even tho this is an old thread, I actually gave these porcelin sablepoots to one of my friends & I now actually have a Belgian bearded d’uccle now and her name is bagel 😁💕
