Hello,
Dennis here, new to keeping chickens and although excited also overwhelmed.
Since deciding to do it, I am consumed with nothing else.
I have finally decided what coop I am getting and that has been the hardest decision so far. And also the most expensive. Not cheap to get a good predator safe setup. I live Rockland County NY and we are only allowed 6 hens which is about as many as I would choose to get anyway.
I have to have a slope in my yard leveled before I can get the coop/ run combo that chose and then I can get the birds I have chosen.
Any advice or ideas are welcome.
Thanks
