No comb 7 week old chick

I have these chicks I got at a local feed store. Supposed to be pensadesenca breed. One of them has always looked a bit different than the others and now I notice she has no sign at all of growing a comb, not even a bump. I am wondering if she is ok. I never noticed any sign of injury but when other chicks started to get combs she never did. Here is a picture. Any help is appreciated.

Ok thanks. I guess these must be mixed or not the breed I was told then. Just glad she is not sick or something. So it's not all for it to be perfectly flat at this point?

It's just a different type of comb. What color are the legs?chantecler have cushion combs and come in partridge I believe.
