No crowing

Seems strange to me, I have three roosters in my flock of 20 birds two EE and one Guinea hen, and have yet to here one cockle doodle doo. I have tried demonstrating....and they all run. The last batch I had it was a constant contest, and got me turned into the city zoning enforcement. Has anyone experienced this? I mean the lack of crowing, not being turned in to the city. Just wondering.

How old are they?
Is there a dominant rooster?

About eight months. The Secondary Rooster EE is definitely taking on the roo role he's the protector and goes back in the coop and runs out the stragglers. The dominate roo a Guinea is just a mean sun of a cluck, and will become dumplings if he doesn't play nice.
