No Day 21 Action- Please help!

I'm moving and need to give up the chickens-
but the good news is, that gives me the opportunity to hatch more!
(The people we're giving them to are basically next door, so I'm going to keep taking care of the chickens.)
If the people who are getting them are okay with it, then yes, I will absolutely hatch more eggs.
And I'm starting a business where I hatch/raise people's eggs/chicks for them- buuuut service is exclusive to customers who don't eat their chickens.
So, yes, I plan to hatch more eggs.
I also want to help my broody duck Danni hatch more eggs when we move too, something I can't do here.
So, not just chicken eggs!

That's good!!

Sometimes they hatch early, sometimes late. This year we had 8 chicks hatch the day before (20 days) and one chick hatched a day after (22 days)
Patience is key.

Okay, thank you :fl . On day 24, would she probably be dead :(?
Also, will lateness cause hatching problems?
She could be dead, but maybe not. Sometimes they lose strength and can't make it out. That's why it's best to hatch with a broody hen.. they help a chick when they know something is wrong!

And yes, lateness could potentially cause hatching problems but usually not.
