No devolopment!

Hey guys I put 25 duck eggs into my incubator about a week and a half ago. I candled then today and not one eggs had any type of development. I’m confused and not sure what happened I have two drakes and I’ve seen the both of them breed some of my hens the temperature and the humidity was where it needed to be. Any ideas on what might have happened

If temp and humidity are right, then I cant think of anything other than being unfertilized. I don't know ducks, but chickens would at least have a blood ring if they stopped early, I believe.
