No eggs and 25 weeks...

I have one leghorn and 6 Dorking chickens. None have laid an egg at all and it is 25 weeks.... What is going on?!
 
24 weeks is a good generally average, but like all ladies, each hen matures at her own rate and anywhere from 4-8 months is still in the completely normal range for more breeds depending on a ton of factors. Waiting is hard but your ladies really aren't late yet. It should happen very soon. Look for their combs and wattles to turn bright red and for them to start squatting -- all signs it is about to happen.
