No eggs and feather every where....

I have only seen one egg in the past week or two.. The normal is 3 a day.... Today the coop was covered in feathers... Only from one of my three birds. The coop is pretty secure with a strong cage and bird netting...

Water was bone dry due to my friend forgetting about them while I was out of town... They went without water for one day or two max.

Any thoughts?

Well they could be molting, which would explain the feathers and no eggs. Having no water for a day is bad, but it is not terrible. As long as they have water now, they sound fine.

Sounds like they're molting (shedding feathers). They won't lay much when molting.
Try to give them extra protein to help them regrow their new feathers.
