No eggs in 4+ weeks

I have 3 hens, they're healthy and eating well and acting normally, the thing is they haven't laid any eggs in 4+ weeks...
What could be the problem?

How old are they, and where are you located?

Two were born in 2020, they're Rhode island reds.
Other is Austrolorpe, about same age.
I live in Massachusetts

It's winter, low light levels, chickens don't typically lay in winter after their first one. It's completely normal.

Plus the weather has been freakish this winter, with this arctic blast over Christmas.
